Unlike many organizations that focus on the rights of one protected class or another, the Center, believing that all forms of discrimination are wrongful, works to prevent and remedy discrimination across all protected classes.
Consultation for, and co-counseling with, attorneys and organizations
The Center is frequently called upon to provide strategic and tactical advice on a wide range of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and Fair Housing Act matters, and is the leading source of information, advice, and expertise on the New York City Human Rights Law. In selected matters raising important legal issues, the Center has been prepared to participate on a co-counsel or of counsel basis. To discuss working with the Center, please email us using the address counsel at antibiaslaw dot com.
